Fans of panga guy Diljit, who were expecting the release of his debut film as an actor this Friday, that is, 11 February, may feel sad because it has been postponed. New promos released by the Producers on various television channels have invited audience to join Lion of Punjab on 25 February.

–> Earlier posters were released with the releasing date as 11 February printed on them. Now with the new promos, producers have announced a new date, that is, 25 February. A source well connected to production team also confirmed the new date. The reason of postponement though is still unknown. According to trade analysts due to release of another Punjabi movie Eknoor this week (4 February) it was not right to release the movie the very next week. It is also felt that producers wanted to promote the movie well before its release. New promotional campaigns and activities are under process to create hype and pull the audience to box office. So fans! Have patience, wait for two more weeks and enjoy listening to the music from the film till then. Buy original CDs or DVDs and kill piracy.
