Gippy’s act ‘Mel Karade Rabba’

The list of singers getting into actor’s shoes is growing larger. After an embroidering vail-butiya’n (traditional Punjabi handicraft) in his songs, Gippy Grewal has now woven a dream to act on big screen. And fortunately his dream is turning to reality with a latest movie ‘Mel Karade Rabba’ (MKR). In a conversation over phone with Just Panjabi, Gippy told, it’s an action love story and he is playing second lead. Lead pair is Jimmy Shergill and Neeru Bajwa. “Of course I am much satisfied with my role”, Gippy sounds exclamatory, when asked why starting with the second lead? “Though a small role, It is so powerful that I could not refuse it”, He explains. Over a phone conversation with just Punjabi, Kally confirmed that album is almost done. Music is composed by music maestro Jaidev and lyrics are by the goldsmith of words Harjinder Bal, Shafi Mohammad, Jaggi Singh and a new lyricist Gurdhan Gharanchon. Kally is busy in finalizing the project at Mumbai. So get ready for another melodious musical gift by Kally.
