Being born in village, Dosanjh Kallan near Phagwara, in the year 1984, Diljit spent the early years of his childhood in the same village. As they say the seeds of success are sown early in life, the liking of music was there in Diljit right from his childhood.Diljit’s first album ‘Ishq da Uuda Aada’ paved the way for his success.
